WSU Otolaryngology resident Michael Hoa, M.D., has been awarded an NIH training fellowship to conduct research on hair cell regeneration and basic hearing mechanisms. He will carry out his research at the House Ear Institute in Los Angeles, California beginning July 1, 2009.
